The personal trainer is fully qualified with the experience and knowledge to help you get the best out of your session and there will be no-one else in the gym using the equipment while you workout so you can train without the usual distractions you tend to get with other gyms and studios. Because of this, when you train, you know the focus is totally on you to get maximum results.
Your first personal training session will focus on getting the body moving and finding out where your fitness levels are currently at, so there's no need to worry about being thrown into an intense workout, and from here we discuss what you're aiming for and how we can go about it should you decide to continue.
A personal training session costs £30 or if at any time should you choose to, you can block book 10 sessions for the price of 9 (£270 with the last session free). You only pay for the sessions, there are NO weekly/monthly membership fees and no commitment to how many sessions you have.

I'M NERVOUS ABOUT DOING EXERCISE Many people are, if you have any worries or questions about starting personal training sessions, you can email me at: justyoutraining@yahoo.com with your concerns. I'M WORRIED THAT I'LL EMBARRASS MY SELF AT THE FIRST SESSION. Your first personal training session is designed to go at a level that you, as an individual, are capable of. Most people who come for their first session haven't exercised for a long time or at all, so the personal trainer will find out what level you are at, then work on improving it. WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED FOR PERSONAL TRAINING? It absolutely doesn't matter, the aim is to improve your fitness from whatever level you're at, whether you get out of breath walking up stairs or regularly take part in marathons. I HAVE AN INJURY/ILLNESS AND NOT SURE IF I CAN WORKOUT There's usually ways of exercising around most injuries and illnesses, and as an experienced personal trainer i can usually help with this, so feel free to send a message to see if we can work something out. AM I TOO OLD FOR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS? No, it's now proven that we should partake in more exercise as we get older to prolong and improve our everyday lives, from improving posture to maintaining your strength and fitness. I ONLY WANT ONE SESSION TO SEE IF IT'S SOMETHING I'D LIKE AND DON'T WANT TO COMMIT There is no commitment to how often you visit the personal trainer, you can have 1 session or as many as you like, you control when you don't need any more. I'M A MEMBER OF A GYM BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT I often have people come for a session or two to learn how to properly perform some exercises for when they use their gym. I FEEL LIKE PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AT ME WHEN I'M TRAINING IN A GYM AND IT PUTS ME OFF There will only be me and you in the gym so you don't need to worry about that here. I DON'T LIKE BURPEES, WILL YOU MAKE ME DO THEM? I won't make you do anything you really don't want to (and i certainly won't make you do burpees). HOW CAN I PAY? I accept cash (paid at session) or bank transfer (paid when session is booked) I NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION, IS THERE A CHARGE? There's no charge if you cancel your session over 24 hours before your session starts but if you cancel 24 hours or less before your session starts, there's a £10 charge. WHERE IS THE GYM LOCATED? My gym is located near the Lister hospital in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN STEVENAGE TO HAVE PERSONAL TRAINING IN YOUR GYM? Not at all, i have clients from surrounding villages around Stevenage, London, Luton, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford and many other places, it doesn't matter where you're from. |
